All International Sales and Custom Embroidery orders are final.

We ask that you choose your garments carefully, especially size. Once they are customized, we cannot take them back. Dream Weaver Embroidery cannot issue refunds on any special or personalized orders.

Special Note: If you are ordering stock items (these are items already embroidered) through the Dream Weaver Embroidery web site and require a refund because of size or a manufacturer's defect, you may do so within 30 days. If a credit card was used for payment, the same credit card will be credited-less the shipping charges or if payment was made by cashier's or money order we will refund by company check-less shipping charges. The consumer is responsible for all shipping charges on any returned items.

If you need to exchange a stock item (item already embroidered) because of size or a manufacturer's defect you may do so within 30 days. The originally purchased item will need to be sent back to us. Once received, we will ship out the requested new item. Items returned because of manufacturer's defect will be replaced at no additional charge. The shipping for items that are exchanged for any other reason will be charged to the consumer.
